I am passionate about teaching and have experience teaching substantive and methods courses at the graduate and undergraduate level.

Over the years, I have developed a classroom pedagogy that fosters student agency in the learning process, is inclusive, and promotes critical thinking. Because of the nature of my work, I teach with an interdisciplinary approach and encourage students to engage with multiple perspectives on controversial issues.

At Princeton, I co-teach "The Politics of Public Policy," the flagship course of Princeton's Master in Public Affairs. This course provides first-year master's students with the foundational skills to analyze how political considerations affect policy choices and to communicate persuasively with public, elite, or decision-making audiences.
